For transportation employees, drug and alcohol testing can become a routine experience. With numerous moving parts and various service agents involved, issues can easily arise more often than we would like. This session will explore common challenges encountered during testing and provide practical solutions available to employers. Using real-world examples, we will discuss steps that can be taken to address problems based on DOT regulations and industry best practices. We’ll highlight the critical role of service agents in finding solutions and discuss proactive measures that can be implemented to reduce the occurrence of problems.
