A professional truck driver has only seconds to react when a pedestrian unexpectedly appears in his lane - but in the courtroom, every decision will be examined. 

Presented by Chartwell Law, this interactive trucking industry mock trial will show how an accident is presented to a jury, how attorneys and experts interpret the same facts, and how seemingly favorable circumstances can look very different in court. Attendees will gain practical insight into driver decision-making, company policies, training and the difference between compliance and reasonable care.
