Description
The domestic transportation of hazardous materials is governed by the Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Not only does Title 49 outline very specific requirements for the safe transportation of hazardous materials, it also offers many exceptions that can be utilized by shippers and carriers when meeting certain conditions. This course is designed to provide an overview of some of the common hazardous materials exceptions, and what requirements must be met in order to take advantage of them.
